If you have already been commissioned as a Missouri Notary Public, official notification will be mailed to you by the Office of Secretary of State.  This notification will instruct you to visit your county clerk's office or to the circuit clerk's office if you are a resident of St. Louis City.

To meet the qualifications, you must appear in person at your clerk's office and present a $10,000 Notary Bond.  You are also required to purchase an official Notary Seal and a Notary Journal.  Missouri - Notary Express provides the following pakcage to save you time and money.
