Before sending us your application, please check the following:
- Make sure your notary application is signed, witnessed and notarized by another Illinois notary
- Choose the Deluxe Notary Package for $104.99 ($84.99 for non IL residents) or the Standard Notary Package for $64.99
- Make check payable to: Notary Express Inc.
- Make sure to include a copy of your drivers license or state ID
Next, we will error check and review your application for accuracy, issue your notary bond and file your application with the Illinois Secretary of State.
Once you are approved as a notary public, we will ship your stamp and supplies to you upon receiving a copy of your commission certificate. Please do not send original. To avoid delays, please email or fax a copy of your commission certificate to us when you receive it.
