- Download the Texas notary application.
- Fill out the state application completely, print and sign
- Mail your original application to Notary Express for review and filing
Texas Notary Qualifications
To become or renew as a TEXAS Notary Public, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of the State of Texas
- Not be convicted of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude
